The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Systems Analyst to join our Vendor Management Office (VMO) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex software contracts and licensing for a variety of suppliers, including major industry vendors such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve best practices for achieving software asset management objectives
  • Establish internal processes to regularly measure and document software license asset usage
  • Lead complex data analysis and verification projects to ensure license compliance and optimize software usage
  • Manage large and complex license audit efforts to conclusion, ensuring alignment with contract rights and best practices
  • Analyze vendors' software terms and conditions to determine alignment with business and user requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including contract analysis, data analysis, financial analysis, and process analysis
  • Ability to lead and work in a team, be self-directed, and creative problem solver
  • Experience managing complex software contracts and licensing for a variety of suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Asset Manager Certification (SAM)
  • Experience using software management-related tools such as Flexera Net Management Suite (FNMS) and Flexera AppBroker
  • Demonstrated strong and positive interpersonal talents, including the ability to interact with and influence people from all disciplines
