- 7-10 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
