About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Avera, a leading health care organization recognized for its excellence in patient care and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop expertise in multiple areas of laboratory science, including phlebotomy, microbiology, blood bank, hematology, chemistry, and serology.
  • Provide direct patient contact in hospital and clinic settings, working with adults, pediatrics, and other patient populations.
