Key ResponsibilitiesWe are in search of dedicated individuals who will embody the principles of the Select Medical Way, which emphasizes patient-first care, enhancing community quality of life, fostering innovation, delivering high-quality services, and adhering to ethical practices.
As a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and support the entire rehabilitation team to ensure adherence to patient care plans.
- Overseeing rehabilitation services operations, including staff recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Coordinating schedules for rehabilitation therapy personnel.
- Ensuring that rehabilitation services align with the appropriate scope and level of care for the patient population.
- Encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration to guarantee quality and efficient service delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between the Rehabilitation Services department and senior nursing leadership to enhance staff development and service delivery.
- Promoting ongoing professional growth, education, and competency among rehabilitation staff.
- Demonstrating awareness of departmental needs and assisting with daily operational tasks.
We seek individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both patients and employees. You should be a creative problem solver.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date.
