About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Oncology Specialist to join our team in Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing clinical knowledge of our products to medical professionals and effectively communicating the clinical and economic benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan, including delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, including ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
  • Craft an effective marketing strategy to drive sales and analyze business effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis.
  • Partner with colleagues to share best practices and be in a state of continuous curiosity and learning to help grow as a Sr. Oncology Specialist.
Requirements

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in oncology and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience, or Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience, or High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience.
  • Oncology experience preferred, with three or more years of sales and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
  • Product or hospital sales experience in the areas of oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, and inflammation, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, or infectious diseases.
