Job Summary

Paladin Inc is seeking a skilled Behavior Clinician to join our team. As a Behavior Clinician, you will work one-on-one with individuals who may be experiencing challenges accessing and participating in their community due to behavioral, social, or emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess behavioral strengths and needs of individuals served
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Provide staff training on behavior support plans
  • Make periodic visits to the home, community, and/or place of work
  • Be proficient with computer software applications
  • Attend individual service team meetings
  • Maintain required documentation
  • Work with a variety of individuals and agencies to coordinate services
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Handle multiple tasks and demands
Requirements
  • Qualify as a Level 2 Clinician defined by the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Services
  • Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or social work
  • Be licensed as a marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or mental health counselor
