Job Title: Behavior Clinician

The Behavior Clinician plays a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral, social, or emotional challenges in accessing and participating in their communities. As a member of the Paladin Inc team, you will work closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized behavior support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess behavioral strengths and needs of individuals served
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Provide staff training on behavior support plans
  • Conduct regular visits to homes, communities, and workplaces
  • Stay up-to-date with computer software applications
  • Attend individual service team meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with various individuals and agencies to coordinate services
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to a team environment
  • Manage multiple tasks and demands
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or social work
  • Meet the Level 2 Clinician criteria defined by the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Services
