Job Overview

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This includes:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell products and expand client orders.
  • Sales Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on customer trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to inform product development and sales strategies.
