Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care and support to designated residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and security alerts, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with continence management and maintain cleanliness in resident areas.
- Engage residents in life-enriching activities, promoting socialization and mental stimulation.
- Complete resident laundry as needed, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
- Assist with medication administration, following established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate medication records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Restock medication carts and maintain a clean and organized Medication Room.
- Participate in developing Service Plans and monitoring residents' vital signs, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience working with seniors is a plus, but not necessary.
