Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at AppleOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with inquiries related to benefits.
  • Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with performance management processes and track employee evaluations.
  • Generate reports and assist in HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
