Program Focus:
Our primary goal is to implement behavioral modifications that aid in the successful reintegration of youth into their homes, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
The Mental Health Technician will:
  • Offer direct supervision and guidance to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents with compassion and respect.
  • Maintain a steadfast commitment to the safety and well-being of the youth in their care.
  • Stay informed about the ongoing developments and concerns of all children daily.
  • Differentiate between discipline and punishment, recognizing underlying needs beyond surface behaviors.
  • Foster trusting and supportive relationships with all children, essential for implementing individualized treatment and programming.

Work Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with shifts during:
  • 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
  • 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
Weekend availability is required.

Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Be able to complete a 2-week paid corporate training program.

Preferred Qualifications:
Individuals pursuing degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Education, or Social Services are encouraged to apply.
