TRG is in search of a seasoned Senior Analyst for Installation Energy Solutions to assist the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O).

This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility in work locations.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.

Core working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to ODASD(ER&O) personnel across the entire spectrum of installation energy initiatives, including troubleshooting program/project execution challenges, coordinating communications and meetings, and managing assigned special projects.
  • Ability to evaluate installation energy strategies, assess collaborations with industry stakeholders, utility providers, and public agencies to further DoD energy objectives, utilizing all relevant legislative and policy frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing laws, policies, guidance, legislation, and project timelines to identify gaps, impacts, and potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience, including at least 5 years within OSD/Service staff/Joint Staff roles, is essential.
