Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the City of Coronado, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of high voltage electrical and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including high voltage equipment and control systems.
  • Install and test new electrical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Valid General Electrician Certification issued by the State of California.
  • Electrical Instrumentation Technologist Certificate issued by the California Water Environment Association (CWEA).
  • Safe driving record and valid Class B Driver's License with air brake and tanker endorsement.
