Job Summary

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Crew Leader to lead single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services at industrial facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining the highest level of safety and precaution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach crew members, providing feedback and training on job duties and company policies.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, including hydro blast pumps and liquid vacuum and air machine trucks.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiarizing yourself with necessary equipment and job scope.
  • Inspect work sites and equipment before commencing work, completing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety paperwork.
  • Ensure OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed consistently, reporting any issues or incidents to management.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner and by required deadlines.
  • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, including washing and cleaning.
  • Perform manual labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA DeBusk.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction (preferred).
  • Lead or Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Valid TWIC Card and current Driver license (CDL Class A preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required.
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
  • Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time. Be On Call 24/7.
  • Complete all safety training requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job, including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.
