Responsibilities

  • Delivers comprehensive hemodialysis care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborates with patients and their families to educate them on dialysis treatment options, potential risks and benefits, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care, communicate effectively with other healthcare providers, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • CPR certification and willingness to obtain other required certifications
  • 1+ year of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in hemodialysis setting

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, flexible paid time off policy, and tuition reimbursement program.
