Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at WAXIE Sanitary Supply. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload common carrier freight and WAXIE delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive and unload vendor deliveries per WAXIE guidelines, verifying accuracy and completeness of shipments.
  • Put product away in designated areas using RF devices, maintaining accurate inventory and product labeling.
  • Work as a team to build and shrink wrap safe and transportable pallets, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with inventory management, processing returns, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous exposure to a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience utilizing material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck, and baler) is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of RF systems is a plus.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
