Apartment Maintenance Technician

At Campus Apartments, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily rounds to inspect mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and other functional areas
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs
