At Campus Apartments, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Responsibilities:- Perform daily rounds to inspect mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and other functional areas
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, including grounds and common areas
- Assist with after-hours duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents and colleagues
