About the Role:

The Campus Apartments team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill customer service requests promptly and efficiently
  • Complete daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and other functional or safety concerns
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs
  • Prep and turn vacant units/suites
  • Pick up and clean grounds and common areas
  • Perform light carpentry work, drywall repairs, and finish work
  • Touch up painting and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Take on-call duties as assigned and respond to emergency situations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC certification
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues
