Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a high-speed manufacturing environment to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Analyze process data to make informed decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency
  • Document and communicate maintenance and quality events using computer reporting systems

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Proficient knowledge of precision measurements and pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and confined space entry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical demands include standing, bending, and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
