About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled OSP Engineer to join our team at Ezee Fiber. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our state-of-the-art fiber optic network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review OSP facilities using best practices and industry knowledge.
  • Identify conflicts with existing outside plant facilities and select routing of lines and equipment required for work projects.
  • Perform field visits to collect data and identify obstacles to construction and validate the constructability of the design.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other geographic data for consideration in Fiber Optic design projects.
  • Provide weekly reports and updates to internal and external resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • ArcGIS/ESRI Products work experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of FTTH/Telecom industry design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.
