Resident Services Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Resident Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, guests, and vendors. This individual will be the first point of contact for building inquiries and ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, including residents, guests, and prospects, and facilitate their access to the building as needed.
- Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions and concerns in a timely manner, resolving issues effectively and professionally.
- Safety and Security: Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination, providing clear and concise information to callers.
- Package Management: Manage resident packages and mail, scanning incoming and outgoing packages daily to maintain accurate records.
- Event Coordination: Assist the Resident Services Manager with resident events, communication, and scheduling preventative maintenance inspections.
- Maintenance Issues: Enter maintenance issues into Yardi to create tickets for the maintenance team, ensuring prompt attention to repairs and maintenance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment used by residents is well-maintained, used appropriately, tracked, and returned.
- Amenity Reservations: Coordinate reservations for amenity space, loading elevators, and loading dock, ensuring seamless access to building amenities.
- Daily Building Walks: Complete daily building walks to identify maintenance items, reorganize furniture and decor, and clean up as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year of high-end customer service experience required, with 3 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.

- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
