Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and compassion will make a lasting impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
