Job Summary

Pure Property Management is seeking a seasoned Property Management Operations Manager to lead our Atlanta office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Broker to establish and implement marketing strategies, portfolio growth initiatives, and cost/expense control measures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and submit regular reports to the Broker, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of residential property management experience, with 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active GA Real Estate License.
  • Education: BA Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in property management systems and GA landlord/tenant law.
