Key Responsibilities -

Deliver comprehensive facility management services, ensuring continuous oversight of the premises. Collaborate with property managers to manage routine property operations, including sourcing supplies and services, overseeing vendor activities, coordinating vehicle and equipment logistics, and assisting with various general tasks as needed.

Daily Activities Include:

Supporting the Facility Management Team in strategic planning to achieve the team's objectives Offering facility-specific assistance to the project management team as required Overseeing and executing minor facility management tasks as assigned Organizing special events in support of clients or JLL initiatives Facilitating meeting arrangements and conference room bookings as directed Aiding in the coordination and scheduling of maintenance tasks Providing overall facility management services with a focus on continuous monitoring of the office environment Acting as a liaison for clients, visitors, and guests Ensuring timely follow-up with customers Directing vendors, facilities personnel, and service providers to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks with minimal disruption to the client environment

Required Qualifications and Skills

Essential

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Facility or Property Administration High school diploma or GED Exceptional customer service skills and orientation Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets with the ability to customize administrative reports

Preferred

Strong planning and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient in MS Office, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational capabilities and a collaborative approach
