As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for:

- Engaging patients and their families in care planning, while maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship throughout their healthcare journey.
- Monitoring significant changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient-centered care.
- Implementing strategies to mitigate patient risks and enhance safety, while assessing readiness for learning and customizing educational approaches.
- Coordinating discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach and applying evidence-based practices in patient care delivery.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Typically, at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
