Compassionate Patient Care Coordinator

Revel Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our vibrant outpatient Physical Therapy facility. As a PTA, you will play an active role in transforming lives by guiding patients through personalized recovery journeys while honing your skills in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on care that makes a real difference.
- Help execute treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Track and document patient progress accurately, using medical terminology.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are OSHA-compliant.
- Communicate patient progress to the care team and provide input during team meetings.
- A positive, energetic work environment that celebrates wins, big and small.
- Ongoing learning and growth opportunities through mentorship and training.
- Work with passionate professionals in a friendly, patient-centered environment.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program (or equivalent).
- Licensed, registered, or certified PTA (or eligible).
- Skills in teamwork, time management, and organization to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Revel Staffing provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
