Skilled Nursing Care Professional

Rapid City, SD - We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents at St. Martin Village.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, day shift position with a 12-hour schedule and 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments of resident needs and develop effective care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication lists.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice (NCLEX-RN).
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
