Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement

    Engage with customers, understand their home furnishing needs, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their design vision.

  • Product Knowledge

    Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including furniture, mattresses, and home decor items.

  • Customer Service

    Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our clients.

  • Relationship Building

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their loyalty and trust through exceptional service and product knowledge.

  • Sales Performance

    Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

  • Interpersonal Skills

    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Organizational Skills

    Basic computer skills and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Availability

    Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
