Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, establishing strong relationships with clients, and supporting our insurance agents in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with our insurance agents to develop and implement marketing strategies, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Licenses: Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Skills: Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs, with a focus on achieving mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
