We are seeking a skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team at ATC Chicago. As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individualized patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice centers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage pain and symptoms in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current and unrestricted RN, LPN/LVN nursing license in the state of practice
- One year of experience as an RN, LPN/LVN in a hospice setting within the last two years
- Current CPR at least to the BLS level and other health and screening tests as required
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 plus $15.00/day nontaxable travel
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

As a Hospice Nurse with ATC Chicago, you will work in a variety of home and health facility settings, with possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials.
