Granville Health System in Oxford, NC is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive care to women.

About the Role

This position will involve providing obstetric care from the new obstetric visit throughout pregnancy and including the postpartum visit. The CNM will complete new obstetric exams, initiate plans of care, perform FHR assessments, and provide patient education on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obstetric Care: Provide comprehensive care to low-risk laboring patients, ensuring a safe and positive childbirth experience.
  • Gynecological Care: Manage gynecological patients for routine care and/or treatment of common gynecological problems, including family planning, well-woman exams, and screening for sexually transmitted infections.
Qualifications
  • AMCB Certification as a Nurse-Midwife
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
  • Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
  • CPR and NALS Certification
  • Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
  • One year of full-time experience as a CNM preferred
