Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves driving a tractor-trailer unit to one or more customer locations and returning to the original domicile during the same shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages, as well as utilizing heavy machinery to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading packages from tractor-trailers and other vehicles
  • Scanning and sorting packages to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
  • Operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet movers, to load and unload packages
  • Delivering and picking up packages to and from residential and commercial properties
  • Ensuring the best customer service through efficiency and dedication
Requirements
  • Valid CDL license (commercial driver's license) in home state
  • HazMat endorsement
  • Pass a UPS road test, a DOT physical including a drug screen and all necessary background checks
  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
