Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in redefining the all-electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:

  • Establishing, directing, and overseeing essential vehicle body attributes and detailed technical specifications to fulfill safety standards, NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) requirements, and other exterior performance targets.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to clarify and prioritize technical discussions, facilitating early conversations with R&D teams.
  • Formulating test cases, cycles, and areas for body attributes, leading them to informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and system architects to create a thorough requirements roadmap for each Scout vehicle project, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Assisting in the integration and management of a systematic tracking and release management process.
  • Promoting a systems engineering approach and best practices within the organization.
  • Working alongside other teams to devise solutions for engineering and functional challenges.
Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical requirements management, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in drafting requirements and managing change requests.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools.
  • A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the automotive industry.
  • Experience in developing and testing products that meet automotive-grade standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
  • The ability to thrive in a cross-functional and global work environment.
