You'll also have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region and the home office. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to deepen and broaden client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to create efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Actively listening for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
As a successful BOA, you'll possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in current and new office technology is essential, along with a willingness to learn about financial services and markets.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, short- and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and basic AD&D coverage. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan, tax-advantaged accounts, paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
