We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate/Cashier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Perform yard maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and shoveling.
  • Participate in light equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Contribute to merchandising efforts to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of up to 15 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height and bend below waist.
  • Must be able to freely access all areas of the store.
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the store.
