We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snacks Sales Strategist to join our team at Kellanova. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with retail partners and account teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

About the Role

This is a salaried position with a salary range of $58,000 - $64,000 per year, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. You will also be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

  • Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Utilize data analysis and business intelligence tools to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications.

  • Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • A valid driver's license.
