Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

At San Gabriel Rehabilitation and Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as changing linens and positioning patients
  • Offer hydration and check in on patients regularly
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department
Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state
  • Able to react to emergency situations appropriately
  • Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
