Job Description

As a Line Cook at Upward Projects Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every dish meets our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and maintain quality control
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen experience
  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification required
