Position Summary: We are in search of a Facility Maintenance Generalist who thrives on challenges and possesses a knack for creative problem-solving. This role is essential for ensuring that our machinery, including mixers, air motors, and pumps, operates efficiently, thereby supporting our production timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair various equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct building maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all staff.
- Utilize knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and boiler systems for repairs.
- Apply welding skills as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to address maintenance challenges.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a one-year certificate from a technical school or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with 480-volt electrical systems, light welding, air motors, and gear pumps.
