Hospital Safety and Security Specialist

About the Role:
- This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff on hospital property.
- The specialist will patrol hospital premises, investigate security incidents, and respond to emergencies such as fires and disasters.
- Key responsibilities include handling and monitoring violent patients, documenting incident reports, and maintaining daily activity records.
- The specialist will also be responsible for unlocking buildings, enforcing parking policies, and participating in fire response teams.
- A caring and professional attitude is essential when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience in security or customer service preferred.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 200 pounds may be required.
