Overview:

G.A. Rogers & Associates is seeking a skilled Residential Engineer to support a prestigious resort property in Big Sky, Montana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service and maintenance across various guest accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of essential equipment.
  • Conduct routine tasks such as changing light bulbs and performing minor repairs including vinyl touch-ups, painting, and furniture fixes.
  • Execute preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances, laundry machines, HVAC systems, and public areas.
  • Manage exterior maintenance tasks including painting, woodwork, light roofing, and electrical repairs.
  • Handle light electrical work and plumbing repairs as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from property owners and managers.
  • Monitor energy efficiency and maintain exhaust fans and small equipment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Contractor or trades licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions in English.
  • Plumbing or electrical certification is preferred but not required.
