Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in New Britain, Connecticut. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in providing speech therapy services to elementary school students.


About the Position

This is a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 academic year. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in working with children. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year status is required, as well as active State of Connecticut SLP Licensure.


Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and provide speech therapy services to elementary school students. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student's unique needs. Your expertise will also be essential in identifying potential communication disorders and developing strategies to prevent or mitigate their impact.


Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year status
  • Active State of Connecticut SLP Licensure
