Occupational Therapist

At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in New Britain, Connecticut.
About the Job- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school-based therapy and be certified as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with licensure in Connecticut.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy into the educational setting.
Requirements- Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
- Current OT certification
- Connecticut state licensure
- Previous school-based experience required
This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires travel within the district, and you must be able to commute to various locations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:45am to 3:45pm.
