We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HVAC maintenance duties as required and in support of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
* Assist with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as required
* Report to the Assistant Director of Facility Services
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
