Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and presenting financial solutions that meet their goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
  • Present financial solutions, including optional insurance products, to customers.
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding.
  • Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers.
  • Learn and utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive business growth.
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
