PHP Therapist

Job Summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a skilled PHP Therapist to join our team at Clive Behavioral Health. As a PHP Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to patients in our PHP and IOP programs.

Responsibilities

Complete psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
Provide group therapy and individual/family therapy sessions to patients
Augment inpatient services as needed and ensure timely delivery of clinical information to HMO/insurance providers
Provide social work consultations to physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff members
Coordinate with community agencies as appropriate and provide case management services to patients

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
Licensure in the State of Iowa as a t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW, or LISW
Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, outpatient mental health center, FQHC, or other equivalent mental health setting
