MWD Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient registration, and ensuring seamless communication with our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Support: Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Patient Registration: Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance coverage, and update patient records as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication with our clinical staff.
- Telephone Management: Answer and respond to patient calls, providing clear and concise information, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a related clinical environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or related healthcare certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
