Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Patient Registration: Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance coverage, and update patient records as needed.
  • Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication with our clinical staff.
  • Telephone Management: Answer and respond to patient calls, providing clear and concise information, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a related clinical environment.
