Financial Sales Representative

Job Description:
We seek an entry-level insurance agent to join our growing team. Ideal candidates have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate insurance programs and plans to new customers. They must be willing to learn and understand state and federal regulations affecting insurance sales and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client needs and priorities before presenting insurance options.
- Maintain accurate records of sales databases, client reports, and bookkeeping records.
- Collaborate with policyholders to develop risk management profiles.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid insurance license required or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Familiarity with accounting or sales-related software beneficial.
