Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs of facilities, equipment, and outdoor areas.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance strategy and keep detailed inspection records.
  • Oversee the upkeep of grounds, including parking lots and pathways.
  • Identify and report any deficiencies that require repair or the involvement of contractors.
  • Manage inventory of supplies necessary for assigned tasks.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and related systems.
  • Be available for reasonable overtime as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Superintendent or School Business Administrator.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Completion of a criminal history background check and verification of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
