Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Provide training to staff on newly implemented workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in workflow coordination or administrative support.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
